Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 July 2026

This policy explains what happens to personal data when you use perfectsleepcalculator.com (the "site"). We have tried to keep it in plain English.

1. Who we are

The site is operated by Nouvelle Digital, which is the "data controller" for the purposes of the UK GDPR. For any data protection query, email nouvelledigitaladmin@gmail.com.

2. The short version

We do not ask you for your name, email address or any account details, and we do not sell data to anyone. The time you choose in the calculator is processed entirely inside your own browser and is never transmitted to us or to anyone else. The only personal data we handle is the anonymous usage data collected by our analytics — and only if you agree to it.

3. What we collect, and why

You can withdraw it at any time.

We do not combine analytics data with anything else to try to identify you, and we never sell personal data.

3a. Advertising

This site is funded by advertising, served by Google AdSense. Where you have consented to advertising cookies, Google may use them to select and measure ads, including ads based on your prior browsing. If you decline, you will still see ads, but non-personalised ones chosen from the page content and your general location.

Google acts as an independent controller for the advertising data it collects. You can review and change your own ad settings at any time at myadcenter.google.com, and Google explains how it uses data from partner sites at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

4. Cookies

No non-essential cookies are set until you agree to them. Full details of every cookie, what it does and how long it lasts are in our Cookie Policy.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with the service providers that make the site work:

We may also disclose data if we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a valid court order.

6. Transfers outside the UK

Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the UK Addendum to the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

7. How long we keep it

8. Your rights

Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email nouvelledigitaladmin@gmail.com. We will respond within one month. Because we hold no account details, we may not be able to link analytics data to you personally — if we cannot identify you from the data we hold, we will tell you so.

9. Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

10. Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how we use data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. If the change is significant we will ask for your consent again through the cookie banner.
